Short and sweet is great if you like for reviews, focusing on the value the book offered to you, and anyone else who reads it, about getting unstuck. You can cover what you liked about it, what it taught you, which stories resonated with you and more. I’ve learned that Amazon will reject reviews that are too personal about me, like saying you are proud of me, letting others know that we’ve been buddies since the high school debate team (my fellow public speaking nerds, unite!), or that I’m the goofball who sings along with the music in spin class – while those lovely factoids may be true, they will detract from the impact of the book.
